Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home and community settings across southeastern PA.

Competitive hourly wage with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and a flexible schedule allow you to choose where and when you work. You will collaborate with families and professionals, follow IFSP goals, coach caregivers, prepare progress notes, and maintain HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• PA OT license required
• Early Intervention or equivalent experience required
• Pediatric experience required
• Home-Based Service Delivery experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals
• Follow the IFSP and develop methodologies to reach each child’s specific developmental goals
• Coach family members and caregivers on interventions to facilitate involvement in home and community settings
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the entire team
• Prepare progress reports
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
