Job summary

KeystoneCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our Home Care division in the Philadelphia area. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing personalized plans to restore independence and daily living skills.

This role offers independent work with multidisciplinary support, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must hold PA OT licensure, have at least 1 year of clinical experience, and possess a valid PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current PA OT license to practice.
• Minimum 1 year clinical or post-acute experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Proof of Influenza vaccination or exemption.

Occupational Therapist - Monday to Friday / No Weekends

KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our Home Care division in the Philadelphia area. If you are passionate about helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes, we want to hear from you.

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Care, you will evaluate and treat individuals with various physical and cognitive impairments. You will develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, using a holistic approach to promote recovery and enhance daily living skills.

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or post-acute healthcare setting
• Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
• Ability to create personalized treatment plans and adapt techniques as necessary
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
