As an Occupational Therapist in Home Care, you will evaluate and treat individuals with various physical and cognitive impairments. You will develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, using a holistic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current active Pennsylvania OT license.
• Minimum of one year experience in a clinical or post-acute healthcare setting.
• Prior home health care experience is highly desirable.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Proof of Influenza Vaccination or approved exemption.

Requirements
