Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Petoskey, MI. The Occupational Therapist will provide 1-on-1, evidence-informed neurological and cognitive rehabilitation, focusing on functional goals that enhance clients’ independence in self-care, work, and community activities. Daily responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering contextualized interventions, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, as well as regular communication with clients, families, and caregivers to support education, carryover, and goal alignment. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to program development, uphold safety and quality standards, and participate in ongoing professional learning.
