Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Peoria, IL clinic. You will assess children, design and implement therapy plans, and help improve fine motor, cognitive, language, self-care, and regulatory skills with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll also guide families to practice strategies at home and coordinate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and ABA professionals for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• OT licensure in Illinois or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills.
• Provide guidance to families to support treatment strategies at home and in daily routines.
