Job summary

Paso Robles Joint Unified School District is seeking an Occupational Therapist for multiple sites for 2026/2027. Under the Director of Special Education, the OT will assess students, determine services and goals, and provide demonstrations to teachers for classroom activities.

The role requires a CA driver’s license, eligibility to practice as an OT in California, and a degree from an accredited OT program. This is a full-time position with the district for 11 months, 207 days, 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License.
• One year (or greater) of experience in a school setting serving students with disabilities.
• Valid State of California license and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Bachelor's degree or greater from an accredited school of occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide an appropriate program for selected and eligible students with disabilities.
• Assess disabilities of referred students and make recommendations on levels and types of service and goals.
• Demonstrate activities for teachers in classrooms and support instruction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Summary
