Job summary

H2 Health in Paris, TN is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Senior Living Outpatient. This PRN role offers autonomy to design personalized treatment plans aimed at functional independence and pain reduction, within a collaborative clinical team in a modern outpatient clinic.

Ideal candidates have an accredited OT education and an active or eligible state license. New graduates are welcome, with a supportive culture emphasizing ethics, communication, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
