Job summary

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, person-centered OT for pediatric and adult patients in Pampa and surrounding communities. You will conduct evaluations, set goals, and develop treatment plans with independent field visits.

The role offers flexible PRN opportunities, potential additional compensation for supervising COTAs, and strong clinical/administrative support. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas OT license.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own device and reliable internet for charting.

Responsibilities

• Complete OT evaluations and identify patient needs.
• Develop goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
