Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team in Orlando, FL. You will empower residents to regain independence through individualized therapy plans in a supportive, collaborative setting.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and active Florida Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Location: Orlando, Florida
Shift: Full Time
Salary: $46 - $54 per hour (based on experience)

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ functional goals.

• Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living activities.

• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Support the rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.

• Promote a positive and respectful environment aligned with our mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications:
