Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team in Orlando, FL. You will empower residents to regain independence through individualized therapy plans in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and active Florida Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement engaging interventions to promote daily living independence.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness or injury.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality.
• Promote a positive, compassionate care environment.
