Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ 08721 is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our 235-bed facility. You will provide care in long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehab programs, serving patients from area hospitals.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ OT license and a degree in OT, with collaboration across physicians, nurses, and rehab staff. New graduates are welcome, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team and flexible

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implement and modify therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care.

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivy-stone Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
