Job summary

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (AHS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy to help residents regain daily living skills and greater independence.

The OT will work with an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and support residents and families. Benefits may be available for eligible full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions focused on daily living skills, upper-extremity function, safety, cognition, and adaptive techniques.

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence.

Role Overview

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
