Responsibilities include interprofessional collaboration, progress monitoring, and educating patients and families for ongoing independence after discharge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a SNF or long term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Overview

Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Norfolk, VA

Salary: $39-44 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

Facility: 220-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care facility

About the Facility: Our facility is located just minutes from downtown Norfolk and a short 10 minute drive to the beach and ocean. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team members are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents.
