Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide school-based evaluation and therapy services to students in New York. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, teachers, and an interdisciplinary team to support learners with diverse needs.

You will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, address fine motor, sensory processing, and functional goals, and maintain thorough documentation while complying with IFSPs and IEPs.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Occupational Therapist License required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be willing to obtain, or already possess, NYS fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OT services per IFSPs and IEPs.
• Address fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, evaluations, and progress notes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, annual reviews, and parent consultations.
• Recommend referrals and adaptive equipment when appropriate.
• Assist with evaluations, intake, and ongoing student support.
• Maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
• Supervise OT students or Occupational Therapy Assistants when applicable.
