A growing managed LTC organization located in Brooklyn, NY is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist - OT to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Occupational Therapist - OT

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Clinic & Home Health / PACE

Location: Brooklyn, NY - Multiple openings available (Bushwick area, Far Rockaway area, & Stillwell area)

Schedule: Full-time, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:00pm, 35 hours per week

Pay: Salary $106,139.13-$121,766.12 based on education and experience, plus a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision options, retirement options, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Occupational Therapist plans and administers occupational therapy treatment programs for medically referred participants to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. New York State licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist.
2. Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited university or equivalent.
3. Bachelor’s Degree required.
4. One (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and/or experience with the Geriatric population required.
5. Ability to use all OT Modalities/equipment & knowledge of PACE regulations.
6. Ability to travel to participant’s homes, nursing homes, and sites/clinics.
