Qualifications

• Must have a valid occupational therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable history.
• Access to internet, cell phone, and reliable transportation is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation includes salary, quarterly incentives, and profit sharing. Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs that meet individual developmental needs.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with regulations.
• Performing functions of service coordinator to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet state quality standards.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
• Valid United States driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
