Lumibility is seeking an Occupational Therapist in the North Haven area to ensure family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits with a 40-hour workweek and a flexible, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license in CT.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.

The posted salary range represents the anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and other job-related and organizational considerations.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: North Haven area

Salary Range: 70k-$86,000

Responsibilities of our Occupational Therapist will include:

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP's that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state's quality assurance team.
