Job summary

Lumibility is seeking an Occupational Therapist to ensure development and implementation of family-centered activities promoting positive outcomes for children and families in the Meriden area. Compensation includes salary, quarterly incentives, and profit sharing with comprehensive benefits and flexibility.

The role involves evaluating and planning curricula and IFSPs, maintaining records, and coordinating Early Intervention services to meet state standards.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license in CT.
• US driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Internet access, cell phone, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs that meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state's quality assurance team.
