Job summary

Kidsteps early intervention program in Cromwell, CT is seeking an outstanding Occupational Therapist to develop and implement family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes.

Hours: 40 per week; salary range $70,000-$86,000 annually. Requirements include CT OT license, valid US driver’s license, internet access, and reliable transportation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and wellness programs.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Cromwell area

Pay Rate: Between $70,000-$86,000/annually

Responsibilities of our Occupational Therapist will include:

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP's that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state’s quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of CT.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
