Job summary

RehabVisions, Inc. in Willmar, Minnesota, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time or full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The full-time schedule is projected at 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in OT (OTD accepted).
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• State licensure eligibility or active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients.
• Complete documentation.
• Plan, market and develop new programs.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists.
• Assist in general department operations.
• Supervise COTA’s as state regulations permit.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
