Job summary

RehabVisions is seeking a Full time Occupational Therapist for their Skilled Nursing Facility in Watkins, Minnesota. This role offers a competitive pay range of $40 to $58 per hour based on experience and hours worked.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team of community-based therapists. The position includes responsibilities such as patient assessment, documentation, and program development, along with supervision of COTAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients.
• Complete documentation.
• Plan market and develop new programs.
• Communicate with patients, patients' families, and physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists.
• Assist in the general operation of the department.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance to state regulations as necessary.

Education

Bachelors BA/BS or Masters degree MA/MS or Doctorate OTD in Occupational Therapy
