Job summary

RehabVisions in Kansas is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for opportunities in McPherson with possible secondary coverage in Lindsborg. The role covers inpatient and outpatient services in a community hospital setting.

Pay is $38–$46 per hour depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary
