Job summary

TSP Ed Co in Sherburne County, MN is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school setting. You will work closely with the educational team to help children develop fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom participation skills.

Qualifications

• Active OT license/credential for MN.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of pediatric OT, sensory processing, and developmental needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student programming and goals.
• Recommending strategies, accommodations, and adaptive equipment to support student success.
• Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies.

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Sherburne County, MN.

This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children develop the fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do

As an OT, you will work collaboratively with special education staff and other members of the educational team to provide individualized occupational therapy services to students. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing occupational therapy services to students individually and/or in small groups

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment goals and interventions
