Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves evaluating and treating clients with physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, developing personalized plans, and collaborating with a care team to achieve client goals.

The position requires an OT degree, MN license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in treating clients with various disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and clients' goals.
• Provide therapy services to clients to improve their motor skills, coordination, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve their daily living skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry advancements and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in therapy practice.
