Desert Blossom Post Acute in Mesa, AZ, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. New grads are welcome; you will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and ADL impairments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers, document progress, and adapt strategies to promote patient independence within a supportive CAPLICO culture.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona or eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
