Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation in Glendale, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. Enjoy competitive compensation, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities for leadership and CEU growth.

The OT licensed professional will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize independence and safe home transitions.

Formación

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (Required).
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to therapists of all experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patients with cognitive, neurological, orthopedic, and ADL impairments.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercise, activities, functional mobility training, and adaptive equipment instruction.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing, families, and the rehab team.
• Educating patients and caregivers for successful transitions home.
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an essential role in helping patients maximize independence and quality of life by:

• Evaluating patients with cognitive, neurological, orthopedic, and ADL impairments
