Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-led, mission-driven team focused on progressive pediatric care. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering individualized therapy, and supporting staff and families in occupational therapy matters.

You will contribute to IEP development and collaborate across diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions. The first 30 days emphasize orientation, culture learning, clinical coaching, and shadowing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• The First 30 Days: Orientation to culture, policies, and mission; wraparound support for role integration.
• Training sessions for skills, tools, and evidence-based practices.
• Case reviews and clinical coaching for current clients and interventions.
• Team integration with interdisciplinary teams; shadowing and mentorship with experienced Occupational Therapists.
• Feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance; access to in-house tools and resources.
• Handle caseloads, family guidance, and intervention planning while building client relationships.

We are looking for proficient Occupational Therapists who excel in:
