Compensation
Base pay range: $38.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Total Compensation: Ranging from $38-$56/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (tiered according to experience and competency).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
- Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch
- Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions
- Provide mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students
First 30 Days
- Orientation to organizational culture, policies, and mission
- Learn and grow culture with wraparound support
- Training sessions on tools, software, and evidence-based practices
- Case reviews with clinical coaching
- Team integration with interdisciplinary teams
- Shadowing and observation of client sessions with mentor OTs
- Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance
- Access to materials, research, and in-house tools
- Warm, collaborative center culture and client interactions
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state
