Compensation

Base pay range: $38.00/hr - $56.00/hr

Total Compensation: Ranging from $38-$56/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (tiered according to experience and competency).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters
  • Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students
First 30 Days
  • Orientation to organizational culture, policies, and mission
  • Learn and grow culture with wraparound support
  • Training sessions on tools, software, and evidence-based practices
  • Case reviews with clinical coaching
  • Team integration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Shadowing and observation of client sessions with mentor OTs
  • Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance
  • Access to materials, research, and in-house tools
  • Warm, collaborative center culture and client interactions
Required Skills
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state
