Job summary

Therapeutic Associates is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our physician-led therapy team in Medford, Oregon. You will deliver focused 1:1 patient care and support realistic productivity goals while leveraging AI-assisted charting to maximize patient interaction time.

You will have opportunities to deepen or expand specialty areas, participate in a PT Cohort-style growth path, and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package and strong clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing.
• Strong patient-care focus with ability to collaborate in a clinical team.
• Ability to manage caseload and maintain quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 occupational therapy services.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, goals, and safety considerations.
• Document evaluations, treatments and care coordination.
• Independently manage own caseload while adhering to laws and policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.

W hat you will need to bring to the table

• Occupational Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
• C ommitment to top quality patient care.

Occupational Therapist base compensation is $80,000 - $92,000+ with a total compensation package of $91,000 - $103,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available!
