Job summary

Therapeutic Associates North Medford Physical Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. As a therapist-owned organization, we support clinicians to provide high-quality patient care with AI-assisted charting and strong con-ed support.

The PT Cohort and Education Benefits program offer mentorship, residency options, student loan repayment, and a robust PTO/benefits package. You will manage your own caseload and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

  • OT licensure or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
  • Commitment to top quality patient care.
  • Eagerness to develop skills and support team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
  • Evaluate physical and functional status, and cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine patient capabilities.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care per facility policies.
  • Independently manage own caseload to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
  • Comply with Federal, State, local laws and facility policies.

Education

OT license OR DPT progress within 6 months

Here’s How You Will Make An Impact
  • Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.

  • Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
  • Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
  • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
  • Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
What You Will Need To Bring To The Table
  • Occupational Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
  • Commitment to top quality patient care.
  • Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.

Occupational Therapist base compensation is $80,000 - $92,000+ with a total compensation package of $91,000 - $103,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available!
