Job summary

RehabVisions, Inc. in McPherson, Kansas seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings within a community hospital. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates may be new graduates or experienced therapists, with licensure eligibility required. Primary duties include documentation, program development, collaboration with families and physicians, and supervision of COTA's as allowed by state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the operation of the department
• Supervise COTA’s per state regulations as necessary

• Possible secondary coverage in Lindsborg, Kansas
• Both inpatient and outpatient within a community based hospital setting
• Pay range: $38-$46/hour, depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Both new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
