Job summary

RehabVisions in McAlester, OK is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site position in our outpatient clinic. Pay range is $39–$45 per hour, depending on experience, with quality-of-care bonuses and a sign-on bonus eligible as cash, student loan assistance, or career development.

We use AI-assisted documentation to streamline charting and support top-quality patient outcomes through evidence-based programs.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program and eligible for state licensure.
• Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate effectively with care teams.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
