Providence Health & Services is seeking a licensed occupational therapist for Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, implementation, patient and family education, and collaboration with the care team with supervision as needed.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, Texas OT license, and BLS through American Heart Association; preferred two years of rehabilitation experience.
The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, and occupational therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.
