Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day-shift on-site role in Oregon. You will assess and treat a diverse patient population, creating individualized plans to improve independence and function.

Qualified candidates hold an OT degree (Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD), Oregon OT license, and BLS certification. A generous sign-on bonus is offered for eligible hires, with strong Providence benefits and team collaboration.

Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual\'s functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
• Master\'s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience.
• Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
