Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team, helping adults improve independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapy.

You will evaluate residents, create and carry out treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with the care team and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license, or ability to obtain licensure, in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and identify functional needs.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, safety, strength, coordination, and independence.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support residents in reaching their highest level of function and independence.
• Follow company policies, professional standards, and physician orders.

In this role, you will help adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, create and carry out treatment plans, document progress, communicate with the care team, and provide therapy services under physician orders.
