Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - $70/hr.

Location: Lakeport, CA.

Facility: 73-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

Pay: $70.00 / hour (Highly Competitive).

Schedule: Flexible! Choose between 4 x 10-hour or 5 x 8-hour shifts.

• Schedule Flexibility: Design your own workweek (4x10 or 5x8) - mandatory Tuesday AM rehab meeting.

Patient Care - Provide occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, and treatment to achieve the best functional outcomes.

Supervision & Teamwork - Direct and supervise the work of assistants (COTA), rehab aides, and students. Achieve quality care through interdisciplinary communication.

Program Development - Confers with the Director of Rehab to develop and implement new programs and techniques to enhance utilization.

Functional Focus - Develop treatment plans consistent with payer sources (e.g., Medicare) and educate staff/families on interventions\' functional outcomes.

Documentation - Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health/Optima and Point Click Care (PCC).

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy (MOT, DOT).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted CA license (willingness to obtain).
• Skills: Strong Part B skills and interest in wound care/modalities.
• Qualities: Flexible, team player, professional, and open to feedback and learning.
• CPR certification.
