Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Clearlake, CA. This 6-month contract offers stability, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' daily lives.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and education for patients and families. New grads welcome; travel stipends available and optional health benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license
• SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and clinical excellence
