Job summary

Synergy Care, Inc. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a full-time float position in Lake Charles, LA. You will provide high-quality patient care in an assisted living setting and collaborate closely with the care team to ensure effective therapy services.

Applicants must have an accredited OT program, NBCOT certification, and hold or be eligible for a valid state OT license. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist for an open Full Time Assisted Living OP float position in Lake Charles, LA. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
