Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Thibodaux, LA. The role operates in an independent, assisted living setting offering outpatient services to onsite residents.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality OT care in a supportive environment. Applicants must graduate from an accredited OTA program, hold NBCOT certification, and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the appropriate state.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA and RD in our Thibodaux, LA location. This is an Independent, Assisted living facility that offers OP services to onsite residents.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
