Trinity Healthcare Talent Services seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client in Kerrville, Texas. The role is part-time (about 30 hours per week) with weekday schedule and no weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in OT, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and a current OT license. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, perform hands-on therapy, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to improve daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Current state license to practice occupational therapy.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical, mental, and emotional abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
• Provide hands‑on therapy to patients, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning and independence.
• Document all patient treatment and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy and incorporate them into treatment plans as appropriate.

Position: Occupational Therapist

Salary Range: $44.58-$47.52 per hour

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required, new graduates will not be considered for this position.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages who have physical, mental, or developmental conditions that impact their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. Your role will be to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and help them regain or improve their independence and functioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
• Current state license to practice occupational therapy
