Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help clients of all ages overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers affecting daily living. You will deliver therapeutic interventions, assess needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $35–$44 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to help clients improve functional abilities and achieve goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress notes.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of the Occupational Therapy Association.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required for this position. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $35 to $44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
