The position involves developing treatment plans, performing evaluations, and using adaptive equipment within a 118-bed facility offering ShortStay Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Care, and Long Term Care. Licensure and degree are required; rehab/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Position: Occupational Therapist

Salary Range: $43.50-$47 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Facility: We are a 118-bed facility offering ShortStay Nursing Care, Rehabilitation Care, and Long Term Care. Our facility features a large gym with an ADL kitchen, outside patio, treadmill, 3 bikes, and a standing frame. We also offer the RevitalCare program, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.

Patients: Our facility specializes in Rehab to Home and Long Term Care. Our patients come from a variety of backgrounds and have a range of conditions, providing a diverse and rewarding work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

• Work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily tasks and activities
• Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to help patients overcome physical limitations

Qualifications
