Job summary

Novant Health Acute Rehabilitation in the Triad is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support a float team across several acute care facilities in Kernersville, Clemmons, Forsyth, Stokes, and nearby centers. Schedule is 7:30am-4pm with 20-30 hours weekly and weekend coverage at Forsyth Medical Center.

Candidates must have a 4-year degree in OT, graduate from an accredited OT program, and hold an appropriate state OT license.

• Evaluate and treat individuals to develop, recover, or maintain daily living, work, and meaningful activities using therapeutic interventions.

• Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center
• Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center
• Novant Health Stokes Medical Center
• Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center

Schedule: 7:30am-4pm

• 20-30 hours of weekly coverage
• weekend coverage (Sat and Sun) at Forsyth Medical Center
