Job summary

Healthy Beginnings Pediatric Therapy in Montana is seeking an occupational therapist to provide holistic, family-centered care across clinic locations and online teletherapy options. You will contribute to individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team and support patients and families on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current Montana OT license (or eligible).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of all patients ethically and respectfully.
• Guide, motivate and encourage patients and their caregivers in rehabilitation/habilitation.
• Work with caregivers in sessions and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adapt the environment to fit the family/patient.
• Experience in private practice preferred but not required.
• May require supervision of assistants

We are a well established private practice (initially started in 2011 as a home therapy business which expanded into 3 clinics located in Columbia Falls, Kalispell and Eureka, MT), that is well respected, and growing. This private practice is a Montana owned company, with 17 employees.
