Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Butte, Montana is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role. The OT will provide direct services to children and adolescents, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress to families and the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a ACOTE/AOTA-accredited OT degree and NBCOT certification, with state regulatory compliance. This position offers in-person, day-time hours and a supportive mentorship environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from ACOTE/AOTA accredited program.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification).
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with children and adolescents; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to clients.
• Provide feedback to families and other team members.
• Conduct assessments and develop/monitor treatment plans.
• Assess home and school environments and recommend adjustments.
• Advise on adaptive equipment to support daily activities.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate progress of OT interventions; adjust as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of treatment practices.
