Job summary

AllStar Therapies in the United States seeks a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver in-home therapy, help patients regain independence, and support their ability to remain safely at home.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, evaluate ADLs/IADLs, educate families, and document in accordance with Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible daily schedule.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, state, federal, and Medicare guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning as needed.
