Job summary

AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and support independence and quality of life.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and a modern rehabilitation environment where your contributions directly impact patients' daily activities and independence.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team, residents, and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

• CPR certification preferred
