Job summary

Kadima at Lititz is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehab team in Lititz, PA. This full-time role focuses on evaluating residents, creating targeted treatment plans, and delivering therapy to help residents regain independence and safely return to daily activities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and document progress to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required

Position Summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Lititz) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to play a key role on our rehab team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.
