Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct OT services to homecare patients and to supervise COTA staff within the MercyOne Genesis Family. The role focuses on a 32-hour per week schedule during the day shift.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in OT, be licensed in Iowa or Illinois (and in the second state within 6 months), possess a valid driver's license, and meet Basic Life Support requirements. No prior experience is required.

General Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure in Iowa or Illinois required at time of hire. License in the second state (Iowa or Illinois) required within 6 months of hire

Pay scale:

• $34.96 - $52.44
• Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles
