Job summary

Community Physical Therapy seeks a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led team at Alden Estates of Evanston in Evanston, IL. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered COTA care to SNF residents and enjoy a stable weekday schedule.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, 15 days PTO plus 6 holidays, strong mentorship, and opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health is a plus, but training is provided.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide COTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Collaborate with therapists to deliver patient-centered care.
